Age 91, of the City of Tonawanda, died peacefully December 24, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Frank N. Nelson, Jr. and the late Walter D. Schoenfeldt; dear companion of the late Dr. Thaddeus F. Reszel, Jr.; beloved mother of Gary D. Schoenfeldt (Patricia), Betsy A. Schoenfeldt Sismilich (Patrick), Jennifer J. Nelson Puglise, and Penelope A. Nelson Naylor; also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In place of her activities, she would rather give thanks to her many wonderful friends for years of kindness, fun and a joy to be with - this includes schools, work places, church and civic organizations. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 4th at 11 AM in Salem United Church of Christ, 114 Morgan St. in Tonawanda. Everyone welcome.
