Age 49, of the Town of Tonawanda, July 27, 2019 at her residence under the care of Hospice. Loving wife of 20 years to David M. Rew; mother of Kirsten (Zack) Stofle and Andrea (Al) Quednau; grandmother of Dylan, Sydney, Jordan and the late Dane; daughter of Richard Nelson and the late Kristina Nelson; sister of Nicole Nelson and Mandy (Jimmi) Tatu; and daughter-in-law of Gordon and Arlene Rew; also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and many friends. Laurie was a strong and courageous woman who loved her family and friends. She loved to travel, loved her cats, everything purple and the song “I’ll Be There For You.” The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, August 2nd from 6-8 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan and Broad Sts.), in Tonawanda, where a Prayer Service will be conducted at 8 PM following the visitation. Everyone welcome.
