PROPER - Valeria M. (nee Kitchen)
Age 89, of Grand Island, November 20, 2019. Wife of the late Lester W. Proper, who died in 1997; mother of Harry Proper; sister of the late Billy Kitchen and the late Clara Green; aunt of Diane (Robert) Albedyll, Greg (Sheryl) and Timothy (Karen) Kelly and Claire (Daniel) Moore. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, November 26th from 4-6 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan and Broad Sts.) in Tonawanda, where a Funeral Service will be conducted Tuesday at 6 PM following the visitation. Everyone welcome. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tonawanda Free Methodist Church, 207 Grove St., Tonawanda, NY 14150.
