William C. Benzino

BENZINO - William C. Age 86, of North Tonawanda, NY, Tuesday, June 25, 2019, while under the care of Niagara Hospice. Beloved husband of the late Gwendolyn R. (nee Knarr) Benzino; loving father of Sandra Benzino; son of the late Charles and Elsie (nee Martens) Benzino; and brother of Betty Schultz, Jean (John) Creighton, and Linda (J.R.) Richardson. Family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (Between Morgan & Broad Sts.), City of Tonawanda, where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 3, at 10 AM. Friends invited. Entombment in Acacia Park Cemetery will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094. William was a US Navy Veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Gastown Sportsmen’s Club in the City of Tonawanda, and was also an avid hunter and fisherman.
