HENNEBERGER, ALFRED W. "HAP" June 11, 1930 - January 29, 2025 
Age 94 of North Tonawanda, January 29, 2025 after a brief illness. Husband of 71 years to June (nee Sahr) Henneberger, father of Larry (Anne) Henneberger and Linda (Kevin) Phillips, grandfather of Kelly (Ted) Witczak, Heidi (George) Meyer and Nicholas Henneberger, great grandfather of Alex, Zachary and Bradley Meyer, Kyla and Kiera Witczak, son of the late Alfred and Myrtle Henneberger and brother of the late Twila Henneberger. Also several nieces and nephews. Hap had been employed by Tondisco, Inc. for 38 years, retiring in 1990 and served as a US Army Veteran. Hap was a 68 year member of Gratwick Hose Co. #6, a 51 year member and past Chief of St. Johnsburg Fire Co., Jackson Hose Co. #2 Dansville, NY, North Tonawanda Benevolent and Tw of Wheatfield Benevolent Vol. Firemen's Assn., Niagara Co. Vol Fireman's Assn. and Niagara Co. Fire Chief's Assn., Western NY Vol Firemen's Assn., NY State Vol Firemen's Assn., American Legion Post 1455 Wheatfield, NY and a retired member of Teamsters Local 264. The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday February 8, 2025 from 10 AM until 1 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts) City of Tonawanda, where a Prayer Service will be conducted on Saturday at 1 PM following the visitation. Everyone welcome to attend. A private burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery.
