Age 79, of the City of Tonawanda. Husband of 58 years to Maria (nee Gubesch) Young, father of Candy (Andrew) Scorsone, grandfather of Connor and Brielle Wark, Lillian and Carter Scorsone, son of the late Ralph and Marion Young and brother of the late Donald (late Donna) Young and late Herbert (late Barbara) Young. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Andrew was a 1962 graduate of Tonawanda High School and was a US Army Veteran serving in Vietnam. He was a member of Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 77, Twin City Elk's Lodge 860 and Immanuel Lutheran Church. Calling hours will be held on Monday January 29, 2024 from 3-7 PM at JOHN 0. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts) in Tonawanda. A Funeral Service will be conducted on Tuesday January 30, 2024 at 11 AM in Immanuel Lutheran Church, 107 Scott St. (cor. of William St.) in Tonawanda. Everyone welcome to attend. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery immediately following the Funeral Service.
