BUNCE, BOYD B.

August 22, 1928 - December 20, 2025

Age 97 formerly of the Tw. of Tonawanda, NY, December 20, 2025. Husband of 65 years to the late Ruth J. (nee Frohne) who died in 2016, father of Boyd (Debra) Bunce, Paul (Kim) Bunce, Keith (late Bee Bee) Bunce, Robin (late Rick) Mault and Thomas (Amy) Bunce, 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, son of the late Gordon and Nina Bunce and brother of the late Nellie White, Gwen Tonkery and Glen Bunce. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Boyd was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Pendleton and was a US Army Veteran serving in the Signal Corps. during World War II. He was also a member of Sheridan Park Vol. Fire Dep't. for more than 50 years and was also a member of Frontiersmen Post 7545 VFW. for more than 50 years. The family will receive relatives and friends for Calling Hours on Monday December 29, 2025 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts) City of Tonawanda. A Memorial Service will be conducted in St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 7416 Campbell Blvd., in Pendleton, NY 14120 on Tuesday December 30, 2025 at 11 AM.
