Age 89, formerly of the City of Tonawanda, November 17, 2023. Husband of the late Joyce (nee Giesen) Hoffmann who passed away in 2006. Father of Joyce (David) Hogenkamp, Russell Hoffmann, Todd (Dawn) Hoffmann, and late Stephen (living spouse Michelle) Hoffmann, brother of Kathy (Tom) Douglas, Peggy Banesse, also survived by many grandchildren and many, many great-grandchildren. Casper served in the US NAVY during the Korean War and was a life member  of Tonawandas’ Post 264 American Legion. A Prayer Service will be held in St. Francis of Assisi Chapel Columbarium, 71 Adam Street, Tonawanda, NY on Saturday,  December 9, 2023 at 11:30 AM. There will be a luncheon immediately following the prayer service at Hideaway Grille, 399 Division St., North Tonawanda, NY. Everyone is welcome.
