COWELL, CHARLES H. 
October 8, 1943 - February 7, 2025 
Age 81 of the City of Tonawanda. Husband of 36 years to Patricia A. (nee Taggart) Cowell, father of Christopher (Effie) Cowell, Cynthia (Dan) Weigel, Nicole (Tom) Sciarrino, Jessica Krehan, Chad Cowell and Brianna (Karen) Cowell, grandfather of Kevin (Marissa), Autumn, Michael (Ashley), Griffin, Aidan, Braden and Harper and several great grandchildren, son of the late Alvin and Jean Cowell and brother of Douglas (Maryellen) Cowell and William (late Elaine) Cowell. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Charles was a 1961 graduate of Tonawanda High School and was retired from the City of Tonawanda Water Dept. He was also a member of the Niagara Hose Volunteer Fire Dept. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday February 27, 2025 from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts.) City of Tonawanda, where a Prayer Service will be conducted at 6:30 PM Thursday following the visitation.
