O'Bryan, David C. "Shmobie', age 77 of the City of Tonawanda, August 28, 2026. Son of the late Chesley and Marion (nee Keller) O'Bryan, brother of the late Maureen (living spouse Gary) Schulz, Archie "Chesley" O'Bryan and Annette "Anne" (living spouse Richard) Graff. Also survived by neces, nephews and cousins. Shmobie was a 1967 graduate of Tonawanda High School and was an active long time member and Past President of the Niagara Hose Vol. Fire Co. #3. He was also Past President and life member of the Unknown Club and a member of Tonawandas' Post 264 American Legion. Shmobie had been employed for 15 years as a "Greeter" at Walmart in North Tonawanda. Calling hours will be held on Saturday Sept. 5, 2026 from 3-6 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts) City of Tonawanda, where a Funeral Service will be conducted Saturday at 6 PM following the visitation. The Rev. William Miles will officiate. A private burial will be in Elmlawn Cemetery with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Shmobie may be made to Niagara Hose Co. #3 or to Tonawandas Post 264 American Legion.
