Age 57, of North Tonawanda, long time companion of Stephen Pericak; mother of Jesse (Christine) Hein, Jed (Ashlee Rivera) Jastrzemski and Tea (Ryan Armele) Jastrzemski; grandmother of Kelsey, Paityn, Bentley, Malikai, Rhemina, the late Amelia, and one new grandchild is on the way; sister of Jay Hein. Dawn loved spending with time with her grandkids, bowling and Chinese auctions.. The family will receive relatives and friends on January 19, 2023 from 5-7 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts) in Tonawanda, where a Memorial Service will be conducted at 7 PM following the visitation. Everyone is welcome to attend.
