HENNINGHAM, DENNIS J., age 76 of Pendleton and formerly of the City of Tonawanda, passed away January 24, 2024 at his residence under the care of Niagara Hospice. Husband of 47 years to Barbara S. (nee Miller) Henningham, father of Laura (Thomas) Rush, Matthew (Jill) Cornell-Slater and Danielle (Paul) Grew, grandfather of Erin (Ian), Thomas (Tara), Robin (fiance Bradley), Paul Dennis, Eloise and Peter and great grand-father of Thomas, son of the late Arthur and Viola Henningham and brother of Diane (John) Penberthy and the late Alfred (surviving spouse Gean) Henningham and Leatrice (late David) Miller. Also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A private Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Chapel at the convenience of the family.
