Age 76 of the City of Tonawanda, November 30, 2024 under the care of Hospice. Husband of the late Ellen (nee Connolly) Kramer who died in 1994 and the late Elaine (nee Koepsell) Kramer who died in 2014. Father of Jeffrey (Heather) Kramer, Kevin Kramer, Janet, Christopher and Elizabeth Koepsell, grandfather of Tyler, Baylee, Joshua and Claire, son of the late Donald H. and Mildred A. (nee Richau) Kramer and brother of Judith (Allan) Peterson and the late Susan McCully and the late Kathleen (late Daniel) Zatkos. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Donald was a 1966 graduate of Tonawanda High School and a graduate of Buffalo State College. Donald had been employed for 30 years as a Uniformed Professional Firefighter for the City of Tonawanda Fire Department, retiring as an Assistant Chief in 2003. He was also a lifelong member of the Niagara Hose Volunteer Fire Co. in the City of Tonawanda. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday December 4, 2024 from 3-8 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts) City of Tonawanda, where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11 AM Thursday December 5, 2024. Everyone welcome to attend. The Rev Sam Ciffa will officiate. Burial will be in Evangelical Protestant Cemetery in the Tw. of Pendleton.
