Age 94, of the Town of Tonawanda, at her residence under the care of Hospice. Wife of the late Victor J. Kocsis who died in 2016. Mother of Louise (Ronald) Hess, Jeanne Dumansky and Diane (Keith) Smith, grandmother of Andrew, Jonathan and Robert, great grandmother of Brynn, daughter of the late Carlton and Beulah Librock and sister of Doris (late Charles) Criswell and the late Helen (late Harry) Muck and the late Walter (late Judith) Librock. Also many nieces and nephews. Elsie was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Wendelville. A Celebration of Elsie's Life will be held at a later date with Elsie's family.
