MIRANDA, (HANES) FLORENCE (nee REES)
 February 9, 1937 - June 17, 2026
Age 89 formerly of North Tonawanda, June 17, 2026. Wife of the late Robert D. Hanes and the late Thomas E. Miranda. Mother of David (Dawn), Michael (Kelly) and John (Lucia) Hanes, grandmother of David (Wendy), Melissa (Mason), Samantha, Jessica and the late Tommy (living spouse Sylvia) and 7 great grandchildren, daughter of the late John and Alice Rees, sister of the late Jack, Bill, Robert and Jim Rees, also survived by her very dear cousin Barbara (Richard) Kennedy. And many nieces and nephews. Florence was a long time Piano Teacher and an Organist at Salem United Church of Christ for many years. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation with Florence's family from 10 AM until 11 AM on Tuesday June 23, 2026 at Salem United Church of Christ, 114 Morgan, St. City of Tonawanda, where a Memorial Service will be conducted on Tuesday at 11 AM following the visitation. Everyone welcome to attend. The Rev. Patricia Ludwig will officiate. A private interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery.
