Had the honor of knowing Gary for many years and working with him at the Young Marines and involvement in the Marine Corps League. He was always the volunteer and never without a smile. He will truly be missed on so many levels. My sincerest condolences to Tammy and the Eichler family. Rest easy my friend.

Served with Gary while with WNY Young Marines. He was a great leader, a gifted mentor and always put the young men and women of the organization first. He worked tirelessly for the good of the unit and never walked away from the many challenges that came to him, but met them head on to solve any issues that came forth, like the good Marine he was. I learned from him and wish to extend my condolences to Tammy and the rest of the family.
