George Joseph Gaesser

GAESSER - George Joseph Age 80, of Sun City Center FL, passed away at Tampa General Hospital on December 10, 2019. He was born on June 14, 1939 in Buffalo, New York to his parents, Elizabeth and Joseph. George was a native of Western New York and raised his family with his wife, Margaret (Peggy); having two boys, Michael and Joel. George was a chemist for Occidental Petroleum as well as several other career and personal accomplishments. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking as hobbies. He was survived by his wife, Margaret (Jones) Gaesser; son, Michael Gaesser, Jannet (Mulero) Gaesser, Emily Rose Gaesser of Pawling, NY; son, Joel Gaesser of Economy, PA; sister, Carol of North Tonawanda, NY; and several nieces and nephews. There will be a Prayer Service at Ascension Mausoleum Chapel in Mt. Olivet Cemetery on Friday, December 20 at 11:00 AM. Everyone welcome. Condolences may be shared at www.rothfuneral.com
