Age 62, of the City of Tonawanda. Son of Carol M. (nee Kaiser) Black and the late James A. Black who passed away in 2014. Brother of Kim M. Black, Kelley A. (Robert) Moore and Robert Black. James is also survived by many nieces and nephews. James loved the Tonawanda Community, the Niagara River, and as a music lover, he never missed a canal side concert. James also loved his family and was always ready to put his mechanical skills to work. A Visitation celebrating James' life will be held 6-7 PM November 30, 2024 at Tonawanda Church of Christ, 35 Summit St. (corner of Delaware), Tonawanda, NY where a Memorial Service will follow at 7 PM. Everyone is welcome to attend.
