Age 87 of the City of Tonawanda, July 24, 2025 under the care of Hospice Buffalo. Husband of the late Carole Rogacki and the late Barbara Conners, father of Pamela (Bruce) Wohler, Ellen (Brian) Medler and Andrew (Barbara) Conners, step-father of John (Sandy) Schiedo, LuAnn (Brad) Banas and Michael (Nancy) Schiedo, 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Son of the late Leo and Antoinette Conners. James was a US Army Veteran. He had been employed by Chevrolet Division of General Motors East Delevan Plant. He was also a retired and proud member of UAW. The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday July 28, 2025 from 4-7 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts) City of Tonawanda, where a Memorial Service will be conducted at 7 PM following the visitation. Everyone welcome to attend. A private burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of James may be made to Hospice Buffalo or to Erie Co. SPCA.
