DeLuca, James P.

Age 65, of the City of Tonawanda. Passed away peacefully at home on May 5, 2022, surrounded by his immediate family. Survived by his devoted wife, Annette (nee Kluke) and his loving children, Nadine (Robert Sciandra) and Andrew (Sarah Eiseman). Brother to Lori (Bruce) Ruisi, Thomas DeLuca, Lisa (Paul) Hoffman, Wendy (Daniel) Mackiewicz, Mark (Ivonne) DeLuca. Survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Preceded in death by his parents, Peter F. DeLuca and MaryEllen (nee Ott) DeLuca.  James was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and former Class A HVAC-R mechanic. James was truly one-of-a-kind and will be fondly remembered by family and friends for his immense love for his family, wonderful sense of humor, generosity, and love for animals. He loved being near any body of water, being in nature, sports, good music, and movies. He made life more beautiful and fun everywhere he went. A visitation hour celebrating James’ life will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 5-6 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME INC. , 25 William St. (between Morgan and Broad Sts.), in Tonawanda, where a  Memorial Service will be conducted Tuesday, at 6 PM following visitation. Everyone is welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations be made to the cancer foundation of choice.
