BOULANGER, Joan (Kapuscinski)

July 18, 1954 – August 12, 2024.

 Age 70, of the Town of Tonawanda.  Beloved wife & best friend of Raymond M. Boulanger, Jr. "Dog-Mom" of Annie & Archie. Daughter of the late Edward & Jean Kapuscinski. Daughter-in-law of Alberta (late Raymond, Sr.) Boulanger of New Bedford, MA, Sister-in-law of Cheryl Boulanger, Sharon Boulanger of New Bedford, MA and Gayle (Ted) Elson of Lyons, CO. Dear "Auntie Joan" of 4 nieces and one nephew. Also survived by a brother and several cousins. Joan was retired from the United States Department of Justice, Immigration Court, Buffalo NY after 36 years of service. Joan’s family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, August 19, 2024 from 4-8 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad St) City of Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on Tuesday, August 20th at 11:30 AM in St. Amelia's RC Church, 2999 Eggert Rd, Tonawanda, NY 14150.
