Barraclough, beloved mother of Tammy (Francis) Charrois and Allen Barraclough, dear grandmother of Megan (fiance Cameron Hartzlak) Charrois and Erin Charrois. Joyce's family will receive relatives and friends Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 1-3 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts) City of Tonawanda, where Memorial Service will be conducted at 3 PM following the calling hours. Everyone welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joyce's name to SPCA of Erie County would be appreciated.
