GEERKIN - Judith E. (nee Potts)
Age 80, of the City of Tonawanda, December 6, 2020, peacefully surrounded by her family. Loving wife of the late Thomas C. Geerkin, beloved mother of Katherine (Benny) Pirri, Nancy (Brian) Burns and Thomas (Kelley) Geerkin Jr; grandmother of Brandon (Kelly) Schultz, Kelsey and Kaitlyn Burns and one great-grandchild expected soon; sister of Richard (Mina) Potts and predeceased by six other brothers and sisters; survived by many nieces and nephews. Judith served as a Deacon at First Presbyterian Church of Tonawanda and was a member of Circle II. She worked many years as a crossing guard in the City of Tonawanda. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, a private service and interment was conducted at Elmlawn Cemetery. A future public Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and time to be announced. Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 149 Broad Street, Tonawanda, NY 14150.  Arrangements by JOHN O.
