(nee Witter)
Age 82 of Lockport, NY. Passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021. Wife to the late Paul Weitzsacker. Mother to Heidi Weitzsacker and Debra (Harry) Ward. Grandmother to Michael (Nicole) Weitzsacker, Amanda (Travis) Dodge and Emily (Raymond) Williamson. Sister to Suzanne (nee Witter) Reynolds and Carol (nee Witter) Risdon. Also survived by seven great- grandchildren. She devoted much of her adult life as a Girl Scout leader to Brownies, Juniors, and Cadettes. Building confidence and shaping the minds of young girls. She was often referred to as the “Nature Lady”. She also had a beautiful career making cakes. Many know her as making the most spectacular wedding cakes and won several trophies in competitions. Her artistry will be missed. A memorial service will be held at Michaels Landing, 377 Sweeney St., North Tonawanda, NY 14120, on Saturday, August 28, 2021. Family and friends are invited to attend an Open House Memorial with a continental breakfast between 9 AM and 12 PM, with a brief service at 10:00 AM. Arrangements by JOHN O.
