Age 91, of the City of Tonawanda. Husband of the late Shirley (nee Thompson) Briggs who passed away in 2022. Father of Robert “Joe” (Barb Golata) Briggs and James (late Sheila) Briggs, he is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren and was the half-brother of the late Robert Benson. He was a long-time member of The Chapel and a Golden Eagle. Honoring Morris’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. A celebration of Morris’s life will be held by his family at a later date.
