Heckman, Nona L. (nee Goff)
Age 83, of the City of Tonawanda, February 25, 2024. Beloved wife of 38 years to the late Floyd B. Heckman who passed away in 2008. Dear mother of Tara L. (Paul) Scolese and Lynn M. (Matthew) Burke, grandmother of WIlliam (Morgan) Burke, Meghan (Bryan Price) Burke, Morghan (Nova Fire) Burke, Caiden (Autumn Enright) Burke, sister of Marjorie (late Robert) Thompson, Joyce (late James) Haines, Joan (late Paul) Pascoe, twin sister Nina (late Donald) Sullivan, late Clyde (late Reva) Goff, late Carl (late Lucy) Goff, late Leslie Goff, late Kenneth (late Jean) Goff, late Ronald (living spouse Aeolah) Goff, late Richard Goff and late James (living spouse Josephine) Goff. Nona is survived by many nieces and nephews. She loved baking and was an avid sports fan, especially for the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres. Her family will receive relatives and friends Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 4-8 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan and Broad St.) in the City of Tonawanda. A Prayer Service will be conducted Friday, March 1, 2024 at 11 AM in Elmlawn Cemetery Sunrise Mausoluem. Please assemble in the office parking lot near the Delaware Avenue entrance.
