Age 81, of North Tonawanda, loving husband of Margaret M. (nee Maloney) Hinckley, beloved son of the late Adele and step-son of the late Charles Lazzaro, father of Jennifer Hinckley and Brian (late Terra) Hinckley, brother of Arthur (Catherine) Hinckley, Frederick (Norma) Hinckley and the late Robert (late June) Hinckley, brother in-law of James (late Carol) Maloney and the late Kathleen (living spouse Michael) Smith, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Phillip was a proud US Air Force Veteran, husband and father. Family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday, April 21,2026 from 4-7 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts) City of Tonawanda, where Memorial Service will be conducted at 7 PM following the calling hours. Everyone is welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations Niagara Hospice would be appreciated.
