Age 72, of the City of Tonawanda. Husband of Patricia (nee Smith) Starr, son of the late Kenneth and Donna (nee Alstom) Starr, father of Michael (Alicia) Starr, Lori (Patrick) Rank, David (Anita) Bentley, grandfather of Davey, Amanda, Amber, Alicia, Mike, Joe, Evie, Becca, Kylnn, Marielle, Sean and the late Dean and is survived by 12 great grandchildren. Brother of Robin (late Robert) Otrosinka, Kenneth (April Jakel) Starr, Delores Tripi, Richard Starr and the late Diana (living spouse Kenneth) Hess. Robert was a US Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Elks Lodge, Frontiersmen Post 7545 VFW, and the Anerald Boating Club. He enjoyed baseball, bowling and golfing. His family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
