KOZAK - Roger P.
Age 68 of the City of Tonawanda, June 15, 2022 under the care of Hospice. Father of Jason (Angela Kaczmarek) Kozak; grandfather of Kaylyn Kozak; and son of the late Chester and Wanda Kozak. Also survived by his brothers and sisters. No prior visitation. A private Celebration of Roger’s Life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions in memory of Roger may be made to Hospice Buffalo, Inc. Condolences may be shared at www.ROTHFUNERAL.com
