Age 89 of the City of Tonawanda passed while surrounded by loved ones on August 26, 2024. Pre-deceased by and now reunited with his beloved wife of 55 years, Margaret A. Hughes (nee Sereno). Father of Rene’ Turton (Michael Parsons) and Monique Hughes (Jeffery Deemer). Adoring PaPa of Alexa (Aleksandar Ivicic), Kristina (Alex Delity) and Kacie (Josh Mayer) Turton. Son of the late Richard and Nora Hughes. Brother of Michael Zyck (Janet), Richard Hughes (Claudia) and the late Patricia Lavery. Also, many nieces and nephews.  Ronald had been employed by Spaulding Fibre and retired from American Brass. There will be no prior visitation or funeral service. A private prayer service and burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Park cemetery with Ronald’s immediate family.
