McGUIRE, SHEILA M. "NANA" (nee WOOD) 
November 28, 1957 - September 20, 2026 
Age 68 of the City of Tonawanda, September 20, 2026 under the care of Hospice. Former wife of the late Thomas M. McGuire, mother of Robert (Holly) Wood and Kristine (Jon) Strible, grandmother of Morgan Applegate, Maris Strible and Theo Strible, daughter of the late Robert and Italia Farrell and sister of Yvonne Lombardo and Kelly Symes. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Sheila was a lover of her grandkids, the casino, gardening, crafts, coffee and her cat. Calling hours will be held on Thursday September 24, 2026 from 2-5 PM at JOHN 0. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC. 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts) City of Tonawanda, where a Prayer Service will be conducted at 5:30 PM following the visitation. Everyone welcome to attend. Pastor Darrick Castranova will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Sheila may be made to Hospice Buffalo or Plant A Tree.
