Russell, Shirley Ann (nee Latacki)
Age 76, of North Tonawanda, passed away December 12, 2023, under the outstanding care of Niagara Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family. Dear wife of 57 years to Raymond G. Russell, beloved mother of Raymond Russell Jr., Michael (Kelly) Russell, Janette (Steven) DiNardo, and Joseph (April) Russell, grandmother of 13 grandchildren and great grandmother of one. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Julia (nee Kulik) Latacki and sister of Judith Williams and Walter (“Sis”) Latacki Jr.. Shirley worked as an account clerk at Niagara County Social Services for over 20 years. There will be no prior visitation. A private service will be held with Shirley's family.
