BOEHNKE - Walter J.

Age 84, of the Town of Wheatfield, Sunday, April 28, 2019, while under the care of Hospice; beloved husband of the late Margaret “Peggy” (nee Myers) Boehnke; father of Kathleen (late Gerald) Miano and W. Lance (Deborah) Boehnke; grandfather of Lauren M. Boehnke and Scott T. Boehnke; son of the late Walter and Georgia (nee Baughman) Boehnke; brother of Evelyn (late Roy) Ensminger, and the late Charles and Eugene Boehnke; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. There will be no prior visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. If desired, memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094. Walter was both a US Army Veteran and US Air Force Veteran, and had also served in the Army Reserves and Air Force Reserves. Arrangements by JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., Tonawanda.
