William "Bill" F. Phillips

 PHILLIPS, WILLIAM F. "BILL", age 88 of Kenmore, NY on Thanksgiving November 25, 2021. Loving husband of 57 years to Deborah (nee Day) Phillips, father of Geoffrey (Lynne) Phillips, Matthew (Rachel) Phillips and Kim (Brendan) Ince, grandfather of Page and Duncan Phillips, son of the late William and Agnes (nee Buhler) Phillips, brother of the late Barbara McDonough and George Phillips and half-brother of Ann Williams and Jean Phillips and the late Robert Phillips. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Bill was always a seeker of peace and justice for all, protector of nature and all creatures, great and small. Bill had been employed as a Psychologist at West Seneca Developmental Center for many years. There will be no visitation or funeral service.
