SCHUTTER, William Patrick Henry "Willie"
Age 77, of Tonawanda, NY, passed away after a short battle with cancer on Sunday, January 26, 2025. Willie was born in Richmond, Virginia and graduated from Buena Vista University in 1990 with a degree in education. He worked as the Director of Technology at the Park School of Buffalo for many years. Willie enjoyed retirement by reading, following Buffalo sports, and most importantly, spending time with his family and dogs, Stella and Foxy.Willie is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Linda (nee Furtak); his son William; his daughter Amanda (Steve) Podrebarac; his grandsons Nikolas and Evan Podrebarac, his brother Carl Schutter of Denver, Colorado, and dozens of nieces, nephews, and friends.A visitation will be held on Wednesday February 5 from 5-7 p.m. at John O. Roth Funeral Home in the city of Tonawanda, followed by a brief Memorial Service at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society are gratefully accepted.
